WHAT I RECOMMEND
Keep it clean
As a health coach I am very specific with anything I would recommend, as everyone's needs are different. However, I almost always recommend a good protein shake added to as many days a week as possible. Unfortunately, most of those shakes and shake mixes come full of chemicals, and sugars. Luckily, I have found a company whose products and values I trust and agree with, absolutely NO chemicals and no sugars OR sweeteners, and yet it still tastes amazing! I found this company after hearing a podcast that the co-founder was a guest speaker on, and from there buying her book Feeding You Lies. After reading the book I learned about the company TruVani and decided to give it a try. This company is now my absolute go to for protein powder and supplements.
I also recommend keeping the amount of chemical cleaners, in your house as low as possible. Keep it clean. Keep it simple. The company that I use for all my cleaning products is Norwex.
