A certified Personal Trainer will create a plan specific to you or your groups needs, lifestyles, and most importantly your individual goals.

We are all familiar with having a personal trainer, and joining a group fitness class, but too often we choose to ignore all the other factors of our health and wellness.
Health coaching sees the holistic view, looking at all the pieces of the puzzle and putting them together based on personalized needs.
1-2 People = $250 for 3 Months
3-4 People = $600 for 3 Months
SMALL GROUP TRAINING
When you're clear on your goals, and you are toning your arms for the events you have this summer, or enhancing your teams performance for the upcoming season, or even just looking to strictly get moving again with your closest couch potatoes, then working with a certified personal trainer is exactly what you need.
