BOD

Going to a group fitness class isn't always an option.  It might be too much time, it might be too much money, it might be a bit too intimidating right now. 

Whatever the reason, you have other options, several in fact.  There are apps you can download, memberships to different services, Jillian Michaels DVD's that you can buy, and there is BOD.  This one is my favorite, and I have tried several. 

This membership costs me about $100 for 365 days of access from my TV, laptop, tablet, phone, online, offline, in the gym, at my house, in the hotel room, etc.  They have professionally designed programs with a variety of professional trainers, so no matter if I am in the mood for some dig down deep INSANE cardio, a beginner weight lifting to SHIFT my exercise habits, or even some nice flowing yoga to RESET my stress levels and my mood, it's all there!

This has been my go to for the last 5 years, and the way that I was able to stay well, and increase my health over time, through full time jobs, overtime, pregnancy, 2 kids, and hockey season, among other things!
