This program runs for 8 weeks, with 2 virtual meetings per week. The first meeting is informative and provides direction for the week ahead. The second meeting is designed for questions and answers that come up along the way. You can ask them ahead of time and come ready for an answer, OR bring them live to the meeting.
Each meeting with last between 45-60 minutes depending on that weeks content.
You will want to have a designated notebook available as well as active wear on and space available for movement.
Meetings are small group oriented in order for you to get the most out of your time in the program. Group settings are proven to be more beneficial to the success of the participant and also allow for questions to come up that you didn't realize you had. You will also have 1 individual meeting each month to discuss any items that you feel are more individual to you.
The program offers information and training specifically designed for those who participate in rodeo style sporting events. You will exit this program with a plan, an increased endurance and sustainability for your sport, the mentality of a humble champion, and a group of like minded people who are in your corner for the long haul.
The investment you are making in your future in the sport for this specific program is $1,995 for the full 8 weeks.
This breaks down to LESS than $85 per session. For reference generalized personal training, non sport specific, and not including nutrition, mindset, or other not exercise specific information on average (nationally) costs between $80-$125 per session.
